Palomar Specialty Quake Insurance is admitted in both Oregon and Washington state.
This means, if Palomar were to become insolvent, policy holders are protected under the NCIGF, a non-profit, member-funded association, which provides national assistance and support to the property and casualty guaranty funds, located in each of the 50 states.
Welcome to the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association’s website. We hope that you find this site helpful in providing information regarding the purpose of the OIGA and how it protects Oregon policyholders and claimants in the event of a property and casualty insurance company insolvency.
The Washington Insurance Guaranty Association (WAGA) is an entity created by a Washington statute to protect the public in the event of a failure of a property and/or casualty insurance company.
